This was the 1st time we have used you in a while as we were disappointed with the service and quality of food. The food was nice tonight but would have been better if I had the chilli sauce I ordered in my wrap and also my husband had the onion he had ordered for his wrap. There is no point having the tick boxes if you don't get what you ordered.

The ordering process on your website is pretty good but it all gets a bit hard work when you get to paying. I nearly give up and you nearly lost an order. If it weren’t for the fact that I’m starving then you would have. Also since when do you need to login to an account to buy a burger or kebab. My Facebook email is completely different to the one that I’m currently using so I found that rather difficult.
